Community Guidelines

1 Be Authentic

Represent yourself honestly. Use your real name, genuine photos, and accurate information on your profile. Fake profiles, catfishing, or misrepresentation of any kind will result in immediate removal from the platform.

2 Be Respectful

Treat every member with kindness and dignity regardless of their personality type, background, race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or nationality. IntroNest is a judgment-free space.

3 Be Patient

Introverts need time to respond and time to recharge. Never pressure another member to reply faster than they are comfortable with. Respect Quiet Mode — when someone goes quiet it is self-care, not rejection.

4 No Harassment

Zero tolerance for harassment of any kind including:

• Unwanted repeated contact after someone has not responded
• Threatening, intimidating, or abusive messages
• Sharing another member's personal information without consent
• Sexual harassment or unsolicited explicit content
• Bullying, mocking, or belittling anyone's introvert identity

Any harassment reported to us will result in immediate permanent removal.

5 No Hate Speech

Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, nationality, or any other characteristic is strictly prohibited.

6 No Spam or Solicitation

Do not use IntroNest to promote products or services, send unsolicited links or advertisements, recruit members to other platforms, or share referral codes or affiliate links.

7 Protect Privacy

Never share another member's personal information, photos, or messages outside of IntroNest without their explicit written consent. Screenshotting and sharing private messages is a violation of these guidelines.

8 Use Quiet Mode Responsibly

Quiet Mode exists to protect your energy — not to ghost people indefinitely. If you need to step away from a connection for an extended period, a brief kind message is always appreciated.

9 No Minors

IntroNest is strictly for adults 18 years of age and older. If you encounter anyone you believe to be under 18 please report them immediately to hello@intronest.com.

10 Report Don't Retaliate

If someone violates these guidelines do not retaliate — report. Email us at hello@intronest.com with details. We take every report seriously and investigate promptly.

11 Enforcement

Violations may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent removal. We reserve the right to remove any member at any time for conduct that undermines the safety or spirit of the IntroNest community.

12 The Spirit of IntroNest

These rules exist because introverts deserve a space genuinely built for them. A space where depth is valued over volume. Where quiet is respected. Where connection happens without pressure.

Every member is responsible for protecting that space for everyone else. 🪺
