2 About IntroNest

IntroNest is a lifestyle platform for introverts operated by Cyber Sanctum LLC, Atlanta, Georgia. We are currently in pre-launch. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to any paid service.

3 Waitlist

By joining the waitlist you agree to receive email communications about IntroNest including launch updates, founding member information, and product surveys. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Founding member pricing is offered as an incentive for early waitlist members and is subject to change before the official app launch.

4 User Conduct

When using IntroNest you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Impersonate another person
• Use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the platform for commercial solicitation without permission

5 Intellectual Property

All content on intronest.com including the IntroNest name, logo, nest imagery, written content, and design elements are the property of Cyber Sanctum LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

IntroNest is provided as-is during the pre-launch phase. We make no guarantees about the availability, accuracy, or completeness of our services.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law Cyber Sanctum LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of IntroNest or our waitlist.

8 Privacy

Your use of IntroNest is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify waitlist members of significant changes by email.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
